When you have a migraine you think more often swallow two aspirins rather than going to a therapist manual.
What a pity!
The results of my treatments even chronic headaches are among the most rewarding. Deliver a patient a migraine is one of my greatest satisfactions in everyday life and for good reason, I suffered very regularly until the age of 25. Being my first guinea pig, I conducted a lot of research and experiments on my own suffering before obtaining very satisfactory results that benefit my patients today.
I do not claim to have the miracle method, I'm just against the fatalism in migraine. I know that no one is bound to remain migraines all his life.
Hippocrates describes in his Aphorisms (450 BC):
"It seemed that there was something that flashed before him as a light most generally towards his right eye. After a moment, a violent pain occurred at his right temple and across the head and neck with vomiting, which, when they occured, were able to relieve the pain."
Migraine is characterized by headaches evolving into crises.
These migraine attacks, which often begin on one side of the head, have an inconstant duration and frequency.
They can last a few hours as several days, and may occur on a weekly basis as well as annualy.
The intensity of a migraine is also variable. Pain is throbbing.
Migraine may be accompanied by nausea or vomiting, and sensitivity to light and sound - phonophotophobia.
In some cases, the headache is preceded by a series of signs, it is called migraine with aura.
Pain during migraine is mainly due to an excessive dilation of blood vessels around the brain.
Migraine also has a genetic origin, that is to say that some people are more likely to develop the disease than others.
Approximately 70% of migraines are associated with family.
They are often hereditary!
